  • • Led the design, development, and deployment of institutional automation systems, focusing on secure data handling and cross-platform access.
  • • Built an end-to-end scholarship management system for PCCOE, automating a process that handles 3,000+ student applications and ₹28 Crores in annual funds.
  • • Developed a Chrome Extension that validates student scholarship forms in real time on the MAHADBT government portal, reducing application errors before submission.
  • • Built a cross-platform Flutter application (Web + Android) with role-based dashboards for students, clerks, and admins backed by a Supabase PostgreSQL infrastructure.
  • • Designed and implemented a secure document management system with encrypted cloud storage, JWT authentication, and Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

About Me

I am Vrushabh Hirap from Pune, currently pursuing a B.Tech with a major in CSE and a minor in AIML. I am a calm person by nature and prefer staying consistent, focused, and grounded in everything I do.

I like to keep myself active by working on multiple projects, learning through experience, and improving step by step. Outside work and studies, I enjoy watching movies and playing chess, which helps me relax and think with clarity.

My dream is to build my future in tech and keep growing as a person through meaningful work. I believe in progress through discipline, patience, and staying committed to long-term goals.

I enjoy tough technical problems, and the best satisfaction comes when I solve them with my own logic.
